Start your season off right

OUR SPEAKER
Phil Kerr will share his presentation "My adaptive Life" to give us and our staff an inspiring talk to help us start the 2019 season.

My Adaptive Life  is Phil's story of growing up as a "regular" kid that loved sports and anything extreme to having his life changing forever. At age 13 Phil was diagnosed with cancer and paralyzed from the waist down. Just when he thought he couldn't deal with it anymore and wanted to give up, an opportunity was thrown his way. With a lot of courage, Phil  took the chance and it changed his life. He went from having a negative outlook on his situation to a positive. He started challenging himself to not let anything stop him.

Phil has become a world champion adaptive wakeboarder, an adaptive sports athlete, a motivational speaker, and has started his own businesses. He connects with students, inspire them to challenge themselves to be their best without allowing anything to get in their way, to motivate and support each other, and most of all, to love life and have fun.
